Michelle tailors each session to the patient’s needs, adjusting pressure and techniques based on comfort levels while incorporating additional treatment options as required.

Whether a patient prefers a chatty or quiet session, she strives to create a comfortable and supportive environment.

If you are unsure, it is best to consult with your healthcare provider before booking a deep tissue massage session.

  • Is pregnancy massage safe for all stages of pregnancy?

Pregnancy massage is typically safe after the first trimester and can provide relief from aches, swelling, and tension. However, every pregnancy is different, so it is always a good idea to check with your doctor or midwife before booking a session.

  • What are the benefits of pregnancy massage?

Pregnancy massage can help reduce stress, relieve back and joint pain, improve circulation, decrease swelling, and promote better sleep. It is a gentle, nurturing way to support your body throughout pregnancy.

  • What is the Niel Asher Pregnancy Massage Technique?

The Niel Asher Pregnancy Massage Technique is a specialised approach designed to relieve pregnancy-related discomfort by targeting specific muscle groups and trigger points. This technique helps improve circulation, reduce tension, and ease common pregnancy aches such as lower back pain and pelvic discomfort. It is a safe, hands-on method that supports the body's natural changes during pregnancy while promoting relaxation and well-being.
